CONDITIONS

BY
USING A BIDDERS NUMBER, YOU ARE STATING YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND THE CONDITIONS OF
SALE AND WILL ABIDE IN FULL WITH THE CONDITIONS.
1.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS AND WHERE IS. The seller, its agents and/or employees
do not warrant or guarantee, either expressed or implied, the authenticity,
genuiness, functional condition or legality of use of any item sold at this
auction.
2.
Buyer is responsible for payment of all items purchased under the assigned
bidder's number.
3. All items must be paid for before their removal. If payment i
s by personal check, company check or bank draft, ownership, but not liability
resulting from the use of said items, remains the seller's until such check or
draft has cleared the bank.
4. Buyer is responsible for the merchandise purchased at the time they buy it.
The seller, its agents and/or employees cannot be held liable for merchandise
lost, broken or misplaced after the time the buyer buys it. If it is placed
somewhere other than at you side, you are still the owner.
5. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED.
6. Removal of items purchased is the
sole responsibility of the buyer and must be done in the announced time.

The seller, its agents and/or employees do not guarantee quantities, counts,
descriptions, quality or any manufacturer's warranty. Buyer is aware all items
are sold as is/where is.

If the buyer is a dealer with a valid State sales tax number, he/she agrees to
provide that number at the time items are paid for or understands that he/she
must pay sales tax.
9.
If, as occasionally happens, two people end up believing they have the highest
bid when sold, the auctioneer will reopen the bidding between the two with the
auctioneer's bidder having assumed the last bid and the other individual having
a chance to continue to bid.
10.
Anyone with a valid bidder's number may purchase items at auction including but
not limited to the seller, auctioneer, ringman, clerk or cashier.
The owner of an item may not bid on their item unless the auctioneer
announces that the owner will be bidding.
11.
At the end of the sale be sure the amount and number of purchases agrees with
cashier so any discrepancies can be handled then.
12.
MINIMUM BIDS: A minimum bid may be required on an occasional item so that some
very usual or very expensive items may be offered for sale.
The minimum bid will be announced before the item is auctioned.
13.
We video our sales. In the
instance when a bidder thinks they have purchased an item for one price and the
clerk has recorded a different price. The
buyer has the choice of paying the recorded price and to have video reviewed.
If video shows the lower price, a refund will be mailed to them.
If video shows recorded price bidder will be notified by letter. If this is not acceptable to bidder, they may leave the item
and have video reviewed.
14.
All announcements the day of sale shall take precedence.
